📣 2nd Grade Spotlight! 🌟 Our 2nd graders have been rocking it in the classroom! 💪📚 🔬 In Science, they’ve been learning all about habitats and showing off their creativity by building detailed habitat dioramas — complete with animals, plants, and unique environments! 🔤 In Phonics, they’re sharpening their reading and writing skills every day, tackling new sounds and spelling patterns with confidence. 📖 And in Reading, these amazing learners are not only growing as readers but also earning free books along the way — talk about motivation! 🧼🦠 Our Kindergarten Scientists are at it again! This exciting lesson was all about GERMS and the sense of TOUCH! 👋🔬 Students learned how germs spread and the importance of proper hand washing through a fun, hands-on experiment—seeing the “germs” on their hands before and after washing! 👀💦 To top it off, they even created their own germ models! A fun and memorable way to explore science while building their understanding of Responsibility, one of our core Cambridge learner attributes! 🙌🌟 #BCEgators #LearningInAction #UnstoppableTogether

🎨 Our Kindergarten Super Scientists were hard at work using their sense of sight to explore the magic of color mixing! 🌈 By combining primary colors, they discovered how to create new, exciting colors — all while thinking creatively and testing their ideas like true innovators. 💚Happy Labor Day!💙 Our 1st graders had some very special visitors—our parents! They came to share about their different careers, from helping in our community to creating new ideas at work. 🌍🐾 Our 2nd graders are WILD about Animal Habitats! From the rainforest to the desert, they’re exploring where creatures big and small call home.

📝 Our 4th grade Gators are putting their learning into action! As part of Benchmark Unit 1: Observing Nature, students designed their own bird feeders 🐦🌿. Not only did they explore how animals interact with their environment, but they also took their creations home to observe the feathered friends visiting for a free lunch. 🌎 Through this project, students connected their reading to science and considered different perspectives—seeing nature through the eyes of both the observer and the animals themselves. #BCEgators #LearningInAction #UnstoppableTogether
