🌸 Autism Awareness in Bloom 🌸 ESE students from Bessey Creek Elementary enjoyed a beautiful and meaningful field trip to the Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens! 🌿🌼 As part of Autism Awareness, students participated in a special flower activity where everyone was given the same directions to draw a flower. Even with the same instructions, every flower turned out different and unique — just like people. 💙 This hands-on experience helped our students see that differences are something to celebrate, and every individual brings their own beauty to the world. 🌷✨ We are so proud of our students for embracing kindness, understanding, and inclusion while enjoying a day of learning in nature! #AutismAwareness #BesseyCreekElementary #InclusionMatters #DifferentNotLess #ESEStrong”

🌸✨ Spring STEAM Center Day in Kindergarten! ✨🌸 Our little learners had an amazing time exploring, creating, and discovering during our Spring STEAM activities! 🌱🔬 From building bird nests with blocks to jelly bean measuring and graphing every moment was full of curiosity and excitement. 📝🌷 Spring PM3 Testing is Coming Up! 🌷📝 Our Spring PM3 assessment window is approaching. Students will be taking their end-of-year progress monitoring assessments during the upcoming testing dates. Please help your student prepare by making sure they: ✅ Get a good night’s sleep ✅ Eat a a healthy breakfast ✅ Arrive to school on time and ready to do their best Important Reminder: Once a testing session begins, students may not be checked out or leave the testing room until the assessment is finished, so please plan appointments accordingly. CARDBOARD BOAT RACE – SUPPLIES NEEDED! 🚣‍♀️ Help us build a winning boat and support our principal and student team as they compete against other schools! Our 4th graders made an exciting connection to what they’re learning in Benchmark about the Transcontinental Railroad by taking a field trip to the Henry Flagler Museum! Students toured Flagler’s beautiful mansion and even walked through his personal railroad car. This car was part of the first overseas railroad, which connected the Florida Keys all the way to Key West. It was an incredible hands-on experience that helped students see how innovation and transportation changed American history!🚂🛤️ #BCEGators #LearninginAction #UnstoppableTogether
