We started a new tradition with our amazing ESC counselor seniors.
They were officially “crowned” and then each one signed a chair that will become part of ESC history for years to come. That chair will be signed by future counselors as a reminder that they grew up here and helped shape this special place.
It’s more than just a tradition—it’s a way of honoring our counselors connection, leadership, and memories that stay with ESC long after the summer ends. These students are truly part of what makes the Environmental Studies Center so meaningful, and now they leave a mark that others will see for years to come. We love you all and can’t wait to see all the places you will go! Go forth and do great things! #esctheplacetobe

Superintendent Michael Maine, the Martin County School Board, and the Environmental Studies Center recently accepted a generous donation from the Environmental Studies Council.
This contribution will help partially fund the salary and benefits of a teacher at our one-of-a-kind Environmental Studies Center for the upcoming school year!
