๐บ๐ธCELEBRATE FREEDOM WEEK๐บ๐ธ
Today marks the start of Celebrate Freedom Week in the Martin County School District!
The Florida Legislature designated the last full week in September as "Celebrate Freedom Week" to highlight the significance of the Declaration of Independence.
Students will explore the meaning of the Declaration of Independence, reflecting on the principles our nation was founded on, through engaging, age-appropriate lessons in social studies.
Ask your child what they learned today!

๐CREATING AN IMPACT๐
To celebrate #AVIDDay, Indiantown Middle School and Hidden Oaks Middle School AVID students engaged in reflective exercisesโidentifying their strengths, setting personal goals, and recognizing how their actions shape both their education and future success.
By writing impact statements, these students are learning to develop essential skills that will not only support them academically but also prepare them to excel in college, careers, and life!

๐ATTENTION SPORTS FANS๐
MCSD Families: To ensure a safe environment at our sporting events, all middle school students must be accompanied by an adult. Middle school students who attempt to gain entry to a sporting event without an adult will be denied and their parent will be required to come pick them up.
โน๏ธ Additionally, all student attendees, regardless of age/school, must present a valid school ID to gain entry to events. Remember, students can enjoy discounted ticket prices with their school ID!
Thank you for your support of our high schools' athletics and for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!
