๐Ÿฆˆ Celebrating Our Shark Scholars! ๐Ÿฆˆ Tonight, we had the incredible honor of celebrating two outstanding Shark Scholars at two special events across town! At the Sydney Young Golden Heart Award Ceremony, we proudly recognized 7th grader Jada Perotti for her compassion, kindness, and genuine care for others. Meanwhile, at the Boys & Girls Club during the annual Joe Kordick Character Counts Awards, we celebrated 8th grader Connor Benton for his exceptional character, leadership, and commitment to doing whatโ€™s right. These two scholars truly rise above. Their actions reflect the very best of who we strive to beโ€”selfless, service-minded, and dedicated to lifting others up without ever seeking recognition. From giving their time to supporting others, they exemplify what it means to lead with heart and integrity. They donโ€™t do it for the spotlightโ€ฆ they do it because itโ€™s the right thing to do. And tonight, it was our privilege to shine that spotlight on them. ๐Ÿ‘ Please join us in giving a big round of applause to Jada and Connor for representing Hidden Oaks Middle School with pride and excellence! #SharkPride ๐Ÿฆˆ๐Ÿ’™

๐Ÿฆˆโœจ Last night, the Shark Tank was buzzing with future scholars! โœจ๐Ÿฆˆ We were thrilled to welcome our current fifth-grade students and their families to Hidden Oaks Middle School for an exciting evening of exploration and connection. Our future Sharks enjoyed a warm welcome from the drum line, cheerleaders, NJHS/AVID students prior to hearing from administration, listened to our talented Bella Voce and band perform, met club sponsors, toured the future 6thโ€‘grade hallways, and even heard directly from some of our amazing students about life at HOMS. The night was filled with excitement, joy, smiles, laughter, and eager anticipation for whatโ€™s ahead.
