🍽NOURISHING ALL STUDENTS FOR SUCCESS🍽 No school? No problem! Our Food & Nutrition Services Department continues to offer free meals to ALL children aged 18 and under during the summer months with no income restrictions. Breakfasts and lunches are now being served at a few locations, but more sites will be available starting June 3. Our Summer Feeding Bus is back on the road this year! This happens when the moon passes directly between Earth and the sun, momentarily casting a shadow and blocking the sun's light. Martin County will not experience a "totality" like other parts of the country and can expect to see approximately 51% coverage of the sun. 📚SPRING INTO READING📚 Each year, School Board Member Christia Li Roberts (District 1) treats a group of voracious readers from Indiantown Middle School to lunch. This past year was no different! A group of high achieving Thunderbird readers enjoyed lunch with Mrs. Roberts at the historic Seminole Inn Restaurant in the Village of Indiantown, FL Government. They engaged in fun conversations and received a gift to help grow their love of reading even more. We hope our families are enjoying a wonderful Spring Break so far!
