Highlights: Fatovich was one of the most productive players in all facets of the game in the area but did his best work in the secondary and on special teams for the Falcons. Picking off seven passes to lead the area, Fatovich added 49 tackles from his safety spot and returned a fumble for a touchdown. In the return game, he took three punts back for touchdowns, one kickoff for a score, and for good measure added six touchdown catches on offense with his contributions are a huge reason why Jensen Beach won 10 games and reached a 3S regional final. First Team: Julius Puryear, Jensen Beach. Year: Sophomore Highlights: Puryear backed up a strong freshman year with an amazing sophomore season all over the front seven for the Falcons. Racking up 86 tackles, Puryear had 29 that went for a loss and added 17 sacks, 14 quarterback hurries, 11 pass breakups, and forced three fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and added an interception. Carlos McCormack, Jensen Beach. Year: Sophomore. Highlights: McCormack leaped onto the scene in his sophomore season and turned into one of the most disruptive edge rushers in the area. In total, McCormack made 85 tackles and impressively forced seven fumbles, recovered six fumbles, and added 13 sacks and 19 tackles for a loss. Jamari Marshall, Jensen Beach. Year: Senior. Highlights: Marshall played all over the field for the Falcons but did his best work flying around in the back end of the defense.
