Both the boys and girls bowling teams improved to 3-0 on Tuesday, defeating Port St Lucie 2-0.

Senior Aiden Wintercorn led the boys, rolling a 397 series, which included a 218 game. Junior Russell Law scored a 378 series, including a 200 game.

The girls were led by Seniors Lizzie Fitzwater and Dani Bell. Fitzwater rolled a 307 series while Bell tallied a 270 series.

Both teams face off against Sebastian River on Thursday at Jensen Beach Bowl.

We will have the ELA PM1 test on Tuesday, 8/26, for ALL 9/10th graders. JBHS will be on a testing bell schedule (TBA).
On Thursday, 8/28, students will take ALG/GEO PM1 in their designated math classes, but JBHS will remain on a regular schedule.
All students participating in these tests should bring their fully charged school laptop with a charger. If any students need a school laptop or a repair, visit Latops4Learning before school or during lunch. Beginning Thursday, 8/21, students may check for designated room assignments outside of guidance, cafeteria, innovation center, and in Bldg. 4.

Bathrooms were vandalized. If you see something wrong, say something to an adult! We need to have pride in our school!

Both the boys’ and girls’ bowling teams started the season with victories over district rival Martin County High School. The girls’ team, led by Senior Lizzie Fitzwater’s 361 series, defeated the Lady Tigers, 2-0. Senior Aiden Wintercorn rolled a high game of 247, leading the boys’ team to a win in the tie-break.
Both teams face South Fork High School on Thursday at Jensen Beach Bowl.
Congratulations to our volleyball teams, who won yesterday as well!
