Mrs. Bradford’s 4th grade class participated in a gallery walk around the classroom today. This helps stimulate prior knowledge as the students made questions or predictions about the image that relates to their new Unit 3 ELA unit of study “Government in Action”.

A special thank you to Superintendent Michael Maine for pioneering meaningful work to strengthen the connections between our schools, students, and community partners. These partnerships open doors for our students and help connect learning in the classroom to real-world opportunities.
Ms. Norwood was also excited to have Mr. Andrew McBean, Airport Director, join her as her guest. His support and enthusiasm for J.D. Parker’s aerospace and aviation focus sparked exciting conversations about how we can continue expanding opportunities and authentic experiences for our Rockets. ✈️🚀
