🎶🎉 Exciting News from OPUS Singers! 🎉🎶 Our talented OPUS Singers recently returned from their amazing trip to New York, where they competed at the National Choral Competition in FOUR categories: OPUS Mixed, OPUS Treble, OPUS Tenor/Bass, and Chamber Choir. And WOW—did they exceed all expectations! 🙌 🌟 The results? 🌟 3 Golds (Mixed, Treble, and Chamber Choir) 🏅 1 Silver (Tenor/Bass) 🥈 But that’s not all! Both OPUS Mixed and Chamber Choir were honored with the Adjudicator’s Award for scoring 95/100 or higher—an incredible achievement! 🏆🎶 Beyond their impressive performances, the OPUS Singers truly shined with their professionalism, respect, and kindness. Their behavior made them the stars of the awards party, receiving admiration from students and staff from other schools. 🌟 It was heartwarming to see how they represented our school with such grace and positivity. Sydney started chorus at RH in NY and continued her passion for music at Dr. David L. Anderson Middle School and MCHS after moving to Florida."
