🎉 Exciting News from the SFWGA Finals! 🎉 On Saturday, March 28, the Martin County and South Fork combined color guard showcased their incredible talent at the SFWGA finals. After approximately 200 hours of dedicated practice since early December, they brought their show "What is Love?" to life with a stunning performance. We are especially proud of our 7 seniors who marched their last high school competition. Under the expert guidance of Priscilla S., Erick C., and Logan M., the team delivered one of their best runs yet, earning a fantastic 3rd place in their category! 🥉 A huge shoutout to our techs Erick and Logan as they head to nationals with their own team, FIU World, this upcoming weekend in Dayton, Ohio. 🏃‍♂️💨 Get Ready for the MCHS Boys Varsity Track Kenna Wilson Memorial Meet! 🏅🌟 Mark your calendars for Friday, April 4th, 2025 at 4:30 PM—it’s time to cheer on our talented track athletes at Martin County High School! 🏫✨ Join us on the field at MCHS for an unforgettable evening of fast-paced action, fierce competition, and a tribute to the legacy of Kenna Wilson, a fiery competitor who left an unforgettable mark on our track team. 🔥🏆 Wilson was a key member of the 4x100m relay team that set a new school record of 49.64 seconds—each athlete running 100 meters. Her determination and competitive spirit still inspire us today. Sadly, Kenna passed away in June 2024 following a tragic two-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 in Port St. Lucie. 💔 Let’s honor her memory and her love for the sport by coming together to support the team she was so passionate about.
