The Educational Technology Department is transitioning all student laptops to run using Chromebook operating system (Chromebook OS). Approximately 900+ laptops have been identified as devices running Windows. Students with devices identified as Windows running laptops are being directly contacted via their FOCUS email and student Gmail accounts. We encourage students to check these emails accounts. This conversion project is from Monday, November 15, 2021 through Wednesday, November 17, 2021. During first period class (2nd or 3rd for those with no class scheduled during the first period) on students' assigned scheduled date, ET technicians will collect these Windows laptops. These devices will be returned to the classroom by the end of the day for pick up during the same period the next day. Absent students and students who are not assigned a first through third period are encouraged to bring their laptops to the LMC for conversion by Friday, November 19, 2021.

MCHS Alert: Families: We are excited about tonight's football game as we host JBHS! I want to share a friendly reminder that in accordance with Florida Statute Ch.1003.31, adult supervision is available 30 minutes after the conclusion of on-campus activities including tonight's home football game. If your student attends an athletic or other extracurricular event on any Martin County School District campus, they must be picked up or continue home no later than 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game or activity. In addition, middle school students will not be permitted to attend after school activities on the high school campus without a parent or legal guardian present. Thank you for your support and for adhering to these important safety-related protocols. Go Tigers!
