🍽NOURISHING ALL STUDENTS FOR SUCCESS🍽
Check out the amazing transformation from an ordinary school bus to food service on wheels! @MCSDFlorida's Food & Nutrition Department, along with Wildar Golf Carts & Trailers went #ALLINMartin to feed kids who can't travel to feeding sites. lack of transportation to feeding sites is one of the largest barriers to meal access faced by students when school is not in session. Using Food Service funds, the District sought to address this challenge by remodeling an older school bus into a mobile kitchen and dining area for students. The new summer feeding bus, which is capable of seating more than 20 children, comes equipped with coolers and containers to ensure proper food storage requirements are met. Free onboard internet service and music are also part of the mobile feeding experience. All meals served will be free to children aged 18 and under.

💵OUR DOLLARS, OUR DISTRICT💵
This week Michael Maine, Executive Director of Principals and Professional Standards, visited the build site at Palm City Elementary School. Mr. Maine was accompanied by Principal Robyn Monte and Assistant Principal Lauren Rabener on his tour of the new school site.

PCE Families and Staff, As we get closer and closer to the opening of our brand-new school, we will be implementing small changes to our carline process to ensure construction continues as planned. Please click the link https://bit.ly/PCECarline to view a map detailing how students will be dropped off and picked up in front car line until further notice. Live pictures can be viewed on our school FaceBook page too. These changes will take effect on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. Changes do not impact bikers or walkers. Be reminded we have a new Safety Patrol squad and they are learning! Parents can help by having the child(ren) prepared to exit the car. We appreciate your patience. Please contact our school at (772) 219-1565 with any questions. Thank you for your continued engagement and support of Palm City Elementary School.

PCE students in Grades K-2 participated in the “Energy Endgame” performance! Wildcats learned about energy conservation and renewable resources! Way to be GREEN!

Happy #MothersDay, Martin County!

The voter-approved half-mill property tax has funded an extra School Resource Officer (SRO) at each MCSD-operated high school for the last four years.
The Martin County School Board wants to know if you think this should be continued if the half-mill is renewed by voters on August 23, 2022.
