🌟SHINING ON A NATIONAL STAGE🌟 Four outstanding Martin County students participated in the Academic Games Leagues of America's (AGLOA) recent national tournament in Knoxville, Tennessee! Martin County students participated in all three subject areas - LinguiSHTIK, Equations and Social Studies - at the national tournament. ⚖CONSTITUTIONAL SCHOLARS SHINE⚖ In partnership with the Center for Constitutional Values' Scholarship Fund and the YMCA of The Treasure Coast, the Martin County School District held the final round of its annual Constitutional Academic Competition this week. Students from each District-operated high school debated the U.S. Supreme Court case "Miller v. Alabama" before presiding judges. The case addressed the constitutionality of enacting life sentences without parole for juveniles convicted of capital crimes. The S3 program is an initiative by which the District hires and trains students as part-time employees to serve in various paid and non-paid internships related to technology and graphic design.
