Visit MySchoolBucks.com to create your FREE account and conveniently add funds online. 👉Regular price for breakfast for all students is $1.50. Lunch for grades K-5 is $1.85, and for grades 6-12 is $2.10. ℹ️The District will cover the cost of meals for students who apply and qualify for reduced-price meals. All students attending the school sites participating in the Community Eligibility Provisions will receive free breakfasts and lunches with no income restrictions. 📚SALES TAX HOLIDAY📚 Florida's sales tax-free holiday is going on NOW and ends on Sunday, August 11. Although the Martin County School District is covering the cost of school supplies for students attending any of the MCSD-operated elementary, middle and high schools, the sales tax-free holiday is a great time to purchase any additional items--like backpacks--needed to be prepared for the new school year! 👉During the sales tax-free holiday, taxes will be withheld on purchases in-store and online for items such as: 🧦Clothing, footwear, and some accessories - $100 or less per item. 🎒School supplies - $50 or less per item. 📚Learning aids such as, books, flashcards, and puzzles - $30 or less per item. 💻 Personal computers and certain computer-related accessories that cost $1,500 or less. 📱UPDATED CELL PHONE POLICY📱 The Martin County School District is dedicated to creating a focused, safe, and supportive learning environment for every student. To help achieve this, the Martin County School Board has updated our Code of Student Conduct policy regarding cell phones and other wireless communication devices. 📲 All wireless communication devices, including cell phones, smartphones, smartwatches and ear buds, that are visible or in use during school hours will be TAKEN AWAY. 📲 Wireless devices that have been taken away will only be returned to the student’s parent/guardian at a scheduled time determined by school administration. 📲 Repeated offenses constitutes insubordination and may result in suspension. For urgent messages, parents or guardians should contact the school's front office. Staff will ensure your student receives the message promptly. Chosen to represent the entire Southeast region on this panel, Mrs. Gifford shared how data-driven instruction, transparency, commitment from educators and families, and a positive mindset throughout the school helped raise PSE's grade from a "D" to a "C."
