🏆REIGNING CHAMPS🏆 Congratulations to the Jensen Beach High School boys wrestling team and their coaches for earning their 12th District Title win in a row!! 👏👏 Twelve out of the 14 wrestlers won their weight class, and all 14 wrestlers are moving on to the regional tournament weekend, hosted at JBHS! The top 4 place winners advance to the state tournament. The JBHS girls wrestling team also made history!! Junior Brooke Van Etten became the first girls' wrestler at JBHS to qualify for the girls' state tournament! She finished 3rd in her bracket at regionals. 🥗 FRESH EATS 🥗 MCSD's Food & Nutrition Services department is piloting a new Fresh Eats food line at Martin County High School! Fresh Eats is a fully customizable meal line that gives students more control over what goes into their meal. Each "bowl" is built over the course of six steps. Feedback has been extremely positive so far. Food & Nutrition Services plans to roll out the Fresh Eats line to other schools soon. #ALLINMartin👊

🍅PICKED FRESH🍅 Students at Citrus Grove Elementary School recently enjoyed fresh grape tomatoes with their lunch, which were grown in their own backyard! The CGE Go Green club grew these tomatoes and the Food and Nutrition Services staff served them. That's as fresh as you can get! 🎤ALUM SPOTLIGHT🎤 Martin County School District alum Jesslee will be headlining at the Martin County Fair and Youth Livestock Show on Friday, Feb. 16! Jesslee is a proud alum of SeaWind Elementary - Hobe Sound, FL, Murray Middle School and Martin County High School! She's coming back to her hometown to kick off her first week of her 2024 “Small Town Go-Round” Tour. Leading up to Jesslee's show, the Martin County High School Jazz Band will perform at 6:30 pm, followed by the Martin County High School Choir. Jesslee's concert is included with the fair admission ticket, which is $10 that evening.
