Science came to life at JBE! ๐ฌ๐
We were thrilled to welcome members of the Jensen Beach High School Science National Honor Society, who led our 5th grade students in fun, hands-on science learning experiences. From exciting demonstrations to interactive activities, our Vikings were fully engaged and eager to explore, question, and discover.
Not only did our students deepen their understanding of science concepts, but they were also inspired by these outstanding high school role models who share a passion for learning and leadership.

Coach Dictor hosted a special celebration party to recognize our athletesโ hard work, dedication, and teamwork throughout the season. And what a season it was! JBE earned 2nd place in the Girls Division, 2nd place in the Boys Division, and 2nd place Overall. ๐
From sprints to distance events to field events like long jump, our athletes showed determination, perseverance, and true Viking pride every step โ and jump โ of the way. We are so proud of how they represented JBE both on and off the field.

Our Academic Games team represented Jensen Beach Elementary at the State Academic Games Competition today, taking on a wide range of challenging events including equations, linguistics, presidents, current events, Nordic mythology, and propaganda. Their knowledge, teamwork, and perseverance were on full display throughout the day.
A special congratulations to Ciaran Farrell, who earned 6th place in Norse mythology โ an impressive accomplishment at the state level! ๐
A big thank you to their coach, Ms. Baumgartner, for her dedication and guidance in preparing the team for this challenging competition.

Our talented team earned 1st place in Division 1 for their creative solution to the problem โLost in OMerland.โ Students designed and used a team-created trip assistant to guide them to a new location โ but when the device malfunctioned, their journey took a wildly imaginative turn! Their problem solving, teamwork, and creativity truly shined.
Because of this incredible achievement, the team is advancing to the State Odyssey of the Mind Competition in Orlando! ๐
A huge thank you to their dedicated coach, Mrs. Sugg, for guiding and supporting these students every step of the way. We are so proud of our Vikings and cannot wait to see what they accomplish next. Good luck at State! ๐โจ

We were so glad to welcome the Stuart Middle School team โ including Principal Dr. Jones โ to Jensen Beach Elementary for Java with the Jaguars. They met with our 5th grade families, shared what makes SMS special, and answered questions about the transition to middle school. It was a wonderful opportunity for families to connect and feel confident about the exciting next step ahead.
Families still have another opportunity to learn more at the Stuart Middle School 6th Grade Showcase on Thursday, April 2, from 5:00โ6:30 PM at SMS. Families will be able to tour the campus, hear from the administrative team, explore programs, and meet staff members.

We loved celebrating CTE Month at JBE! ๐ Our students took part in so many handsโon learning experiences, including Xello activities, career fair, Media Center career displays, STREAM Night challenges, Imagineer Lab exploration, and even Kindergarten Plays to spark early creativity and career awareness.
CTE Month was a wonderful way to highlight the realโworld skills our students are building.
