🍎🎮LEVELING UP LUNCH🎮🍎 Let's get ready to level up with school lunch! Celebrate National School Lunch Week with the Martin County School District during Oct. 9-13! Our Food and Nutrition Services teams have been practicing their gaming skills and perfecting the menus for their schools. National School Lunch Week highlights the nutritious foods available daily at each school in the District. It's also a chance to bring awareness of the importance of healthy food choices at school. “School lunches offer students fruits and vegetables, whole grains and milk, and meet federal nutrition standards limiting fat, calories and sodium,” said Laura Holmedal, MCSD's Director of Food and Nutrition Services. “National School Lunch Week helps us educate parents and students about all the wonderful benefits of our lunch program.” Read more about how the District is celebrating National School Lunch Week here: https://www.martinschools.org/article/1264008 #ALLINMartin👊 #NSLW2023 #LevelUpWithSchoolLunch
