🎓#MCSDSENIORSTORIES🎓 Today's senior in the spotlight is Austin Duchene of Jensen Beach High School! Austin's very proud mother, Brook Duchene, shares that Austin plans to attend the University of Florida and major in mechanical engineering. "We are so proud of Austin for the effort and dedication he has put into his academic and athletic career but more importantly, we are proud of his character, which is thanks - in part - to the amazing people who have guided and supported him over the years," Ms. Duchene shares. In Austin's words - "I am grateful for all of my experiences over the years. Some of my best memories are of field days at J. D. Parker Elementary School, field trips to the Environmental Studies Council Center, being captain of the Varsity football team and playing in the District championship as well as the comeback game. I would like to thank my friends and family for everything, especially my mom, dad and brother. I would not be where I am today without the incredible people at J.D. Parker, who were the foundation of my love of learning. A huge shoutout to Mr. Thurman and Mr. Soviero, whose wisdom, humor guidance and encouragement have been instrumental in my time at JBHS." 🎉Congratulations, Austin! 🎉 We are so very proud of you!
