🪸Last week, Ms. Robertson's Marine Science students dove into the world of jellyfish—researching their diets, predators, and habitats. To bring their learning to life, students covered the courtyard in colorful chalk drawings of their chosen species of jellyfish. The activity coincides with a class novel in which jellyfish overpopulate when fish disappear—like something straight out of a sci-fi movie! Without realizing it, they’ve already set the stage for this week’s creative writing assignment, where their jellyfish will take over the ocean. Can’t wait to see where their imaginations take them!
