We are excited to celebrate our 8th grade students’ accomplishments! Please note an important change this year—the Promotion Ceremony will be held at South Fork High School on Wednesday, May 27th at 6:00 PM.
Each qualifying student will receive 4 tickets, which will be distributed on May 26th to students with a valid school ID who have met all requirements.
We look forward to honoring this special milestone with our students and families as they prepare for the next chapter!

🌟 Motivational Monday 🌟
This Motivational Monday, we’re proud to celebrate Principal Tiffany Roth in honor of Principal’s Day (May 1st)! 💙
Mrs. Roth’s journey is a true Martin County School District success story—once a student herself, she started teaching at Murray 2014 as a 7th grade science teacher, later teaching 8th grade math. After continuing her impact at Hidden Oaks & Murray Middle, she became an Assistant Principal at Bessey Creek Elementary in 2021, and in 2024, proudly came home as Principal of Murray Middle School. 🦁💙
Her dedication to building a positive school culture, supporting teachers, and helping students grow inspires us every day. Thank you, Mrs. Roth, for leading with heart, purpose, and Lion pride! 🐾💙

This event is just one example of the many ways our NJHS students give back to the community. Before getting to work, students participated in an educational lesson about the importance of beach clean‑ups and how debris can harm our environment and marine life. A special thank‑you goes to Mr. Tom Fucigna, Senior Environmental Specialist with Moffatt & Nichol, a coastal engineering firm, who shared his expertise and led our students through a productive and meaningful clean‑up experience.
