Our first graders had an amazing time at the Hobe Sound Farmers Market! 🐄🎃 From making homemade butter to exploring the farm, meeting animals, painting pumpkins, and learning all about different plants — it was a day full of hands-on learning and smiles. 🌻💛
A big thank you to the wonderful staff at the market for making our visit so special, and to our parent volunteers for joining the adventure! 🚜🍂

🧳🌎 Look where third grade is traveling!
Third grade has been busy exploring the five regions of the United States! 🇺🇸 Students became researchers and “packed their suitcases” full of information about each region — including its climate, geographical features, landmarks, and natural resources.
From the snowy mountains of the West to the sandy beaches of the Southeast, our young travelers have learned so much about what makes each region special. 🧳📚✨

Students researched, analyzed, and constructed mini prototypes to showcase their innovative solutions — and their critical thinking skills truly shined! 🌟
From greenhouses and fences to scarecrows, bunny movers, and even “scare-snakes,” these pawsome problem solvers proved that creativity grows right alongside our garden! 🌻💡

We kicked off Character Counts week by wearing our new Character Counts shirts. We are learning about the 6 pillars of character: trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship. 🌟💙
We celebrated National School Lunch Week with the theme "Taste the World: Your School Lunch Passport!"
Thanks to our amazing Food & Nutrition team, students enjoyed fun, healthy meals from around the globe and had a blast dressing up as tacky tourists to match! 😎🧳

📚✨ Mrs. Moore’s 4th graders wrapped up Unit 2 in reading, which explored the question “How do we reveal ourselves to others?” Students brought this idea to life by writing and performing dramatic scenes that recreated key moments from Because of Winn-Dixie. Through their performances, they captured the heart of the story and showed how characters—and people—reveal who they are through actions, words, and relationships. 🎭💛
