The Jensen Beach High PTSA is once again partnering with Class 101 Treasure Coast to offer ALL local high school students an ACT practice test opportunity.
The practice test will be administered on Saturday, Sept. 27, at Jensen Beach High School. The exam will be proctored, timed, and graded by Class 101. Today marks 24 years since the tragedy that changed our nation forever.
On this day of remembrance, the Martin County School District honors the thousands of lives lost or injured in the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, as well as the passengers and crews of flights 93, 77, 11, and 175.
We recognize the first responders who ran toward danger, including our own Chief of Security, Francesco Frangella, and the countless citizens who rose with courage and compassion in the aftermath of tragedy.
We will never forget. 🇺🇸

On International Literacy Day, we celebrate how reading opens doors for students of every age. Just ask Alanna Gilbride, Martin County High School Class of 2024! Through her high school CTE teacher training program at Port Salerno Elementary School, Alanna discovered her passion for early education. Now, she's working in Extended Day at Jensen Beach Elementary School, reading to VPK and Kindergarten students while completing her AA in education. Her dream? To become a PreK or Kindergarten teacher. 💛
Her story reminds us that when we nurture a love of reading, we’re not just building future-ready students in our A-rated District—we’re inspiring students to follow their dreams.
