FAWE representing at Waterfest♻️🌍
3rd, 4th, and 5th grade gifted students continued their learning on the importance of water locally and globally as they learned from guest speaker, Elissa Rowley, Development and Communications Coordinator from Water for South Sudan. Students learned about the climate of South Sudan, rural communities in South Sudan, how the Water for South Sudan organization runs and builds wells, repairs well, teaches about hygiene, and more! If was a very moving experience for students and many shed tears as they realized how one person chasing their dreams can have a ripple effect and expand to change and save lives. We were all inspired to the max!
