The Falcon Class Cup is back and better than ever!
Each class will compete to earn points to win the overall Class Cup!
For new Falcons, here is the rundown: We will be awarding points for activities such as spirit week participation, pep rallies, event attendance, as well as best attendance, least number of tardies, and least number of discipline referrals.
But the easiest way for you to participate will be to wear your class color every Friday. Freshmen wear WHITE; Sophomores wear GREY; Juniors wear TEAL; and Seniors wear BLACK.
Anyone interested in signing up for after-school tutoring please use this link. This tutoring is now underway and will end September 25th.

Sports News
Congratulations to both the girls' and boys' bowling teams who defeated the Port St. Lucie Jaguars yesterday, 2 games to none.
The girls were led by Senior Hannah Whetzel's high game of 216 and team-high series of 389. Junior Dani Bell also rolled a season-high of 171 to cement the win for the Lady Falcons, who are 3-0 for the 2024 season. Senior Henry Dieffenbach and Junior Aiden Wintercorn led the boys with scores of 212 and 215 respectively, improving the boys' record to 2-1 on the season.
Congratulations to the football team on their win yesterday as well!

If you enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors, the TROPICAL TREKKERS/FLORIDA TRAIL ASSOCIATION welcomes you to join the monthly chapter meetings held the second Monday of each month at 6:30 PM at the Palm City Community Center. They are looking for high school students to help them maintain the Florida hiking trails throughout the state. They have leadership positions available in the local chapter and organize membership hikes and work parties to repair trails. The local chapter serves members from Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie counties. For more information, go to https://trekkers.floridatrail.org/

The Girls’ and Boys’ Bowling Teams play PSL today at Jensen Beach Bowl. The match begins at 3:15.
The Girls’ Golf team has a match today as well.

Flag football conditioning starts Monday, September 9th after school at the stadium. Girls will be conditioning on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30-4:45. Any girl interested in participating needs a completed athletic physical and needs to bring a water bottle, tennis shoes, and cleats. Any questions see Coach Gilbert in room 119.
There will be a girls’ soccer meeting on Tuesday, September 3rd at 8:00 AM in Coach Rosseau's room, 118, for ALL girls who are interested in playing this upcoming season. If you cannot make the meeting, please stop by Coach Rosseau's room sometime before Friday, September 6th.

Tonight is Curriculum Night! Come to the gym at 5:00 to get to know the clubs and athletics on campus. Then, come to the auditorium for a brief presentation, and finally take your parent/guardian through your schedule from 6:00-8:00 PM. Seniors, bring your parent/guardian to Senior Info Night in the cafeteria from 5:00-5:40 PM with the guidance counselors.
ASLHS members planning to participate in curriculum night need to arrive by 4:50 in your ASLHS black t-shirt with black pants or a solid black tee shirt with black pants. If you are in another school-approved uniform, you can stay in that uniform and perform with us.
Art Club/National Art Honor Society will be meeting today, Wednesday from 3:15 to 4:15 in room 107.

Congratulations to the football team on their big win over SFHS Friday night!
Congratulations to the boys’ and girls’ bowling teams on their performance at the Kegal Tournament on Saturday. Our boys brought home 6th place and our girls took 5th place with Freshman Sophie Saunders placing 3rd individually overall. They play MCHS tomorrow at Stuart Bowl at 3:30.
Congratulations to Senior J’Hani Styles who placed 1st overall at the Cecil Field Summer Classic Cross-Country meet!

The JBHS Bowling Team competed Saturday in the Kegel High School Bowling Challenge. The girls team finished in 5th place overall while the boys finished in 6th overall. Freshman Sophie Saunders’s 2-game series of 439 earned her 3rd overall in the girls division. Go Falcons!🎳






Women's volleyball played in a packed gym Tuesday night at Sebastian River for our season opener. Varsity won in a sweep! Game scores were: 28-26, 25-10, 25-20. First Home Game is Sept 4 vs Benjamin. Go Falcons!🏐
