🚨 Exciting News from Martin County High School & The Rotary Club! 🚨 On March 12, 2025, members of the Rotary Club visited MCHS to share an inspiring opportunity for our students – the Honor Flight Program. 🇺🇸✨ We’re thrilled to announce that the Rotary Club will be sponsoring one of our very own MCHS Air Force JROTC students for the Honor Flight program, which will transport a military veteran and a Guardian to Washington, D.C. for a memorable one-day tour of our nation’s memorials. 🛫 Last year, the incredible Santiago Pacheco, MCHS AFJROTC Squadron Commander, had the honor of being selected as a Guardian. 💪🌟 On March 8th, 2025, students from Jensen Beach High School and Martin County High School Air Force JROTC programs came together for an incredible show of strength and honor during the 14-mile Bataan March, starting at the Savannas Preserve State Park. 🌿🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ This powerful event is the second Bataan March hosted by our programs this year, following the MCHS AFJROTC’s march at Halpatiokee Regional Park on January 26th. "As I prepare for the next chapter of my life, I’m excited to major in Computer Science," she continued. "Technology is transforming the world, and as an African American woman in STEM, I want to help shape the future while representing my community. My ultimate goal is to become an AI engineer, using artificial intelligence to solve real-world problems and create innovative solutions. 🚀✈️ Exciting News for MCHS Air Force JROTC! ✈️🚀 We are beyond grateful to announce that MCHS Air Force JROTC has received a Redbird Flight Simulator through a generous grant from the Education Foundation of Martin County! 🎉 The Jay Velocity simulator is a cutting-edge tool designed to support our students' learning in STEM academics while giving them hands-on experience with flight training. This amazing addition to our program will help foster the next generation of innovators, engineers, and aviators!
