📚CELEBRATING OUR HISTORY📚 As #BlackHistoryMonth continues, we proudly celebrate another trailblazer from Florida, Mary McLeod Bethune. She was an educator, philanthropist and humanitarian who started a private school for Black students in Daytona Beach. That school continued to build and eventually became Bethune-Cookman University. #ALLINMartin 👊

Our educators are excellent. MCSD teachers boast an average of 11 years of teaching experience and more than 30% hold advanced degrees. All students and employees are trained in the standard response protocol and how to report suspicious activity.
