Millay and Assistant Superintendent of Academics Dr. Tracey Miller attended South Fork High School's International Baccalaureate(IB) pinning ceremony last night. During this annual ceremony, families watch IB seniors pin their junior mentees, commemorating the entrance into the diploma program for the juniors. The evening’s keynote speaker was Mr. Brennan Keeler, a member of SFHS’s IB Class of 2000. Mr. Keeler currently serves as legal counsel for the Palm Beach County Police Benevolent Association. 🇺🇲TRAVELING THROUGH HISTORY🇺🇲 Students at Crystal Lake Elementary School recently enjoyed a unique experience learning about the U.S. Military and our veterans thanks to the Road to Victory Military Museum and the CLE PTA. Students were able to see and hear about military artifacts from the Civil War, World War I and World War II. ⚛️MATH+SCIENCE=FUN⚛️ During STEM Night, The Pinewood Elementary students recently showcased their math and science skills to family and friends and had a blast doing so! Students displayed interactive science projects and exhibited excellent tallying, multiplying and dividing skills with their families. Principal Susanna Deutsch said the night was also a great way for parents to get involved with the school community, as every station was staffed by either parent or teacher volunteers!
