💫What have our CTE Career Exploration classes been up to?💫
Students explored the maintenance/operations career pathways by learning some household repairs such as how to replace a bathroom faucet, unclog a sink and repair a leaky faucet. Additionally, students explored and prepared delicious and nutritious chocolate banana smoothies where they learned the importance of consuming a well balanced diet and paying attention to the nutrition labels and how that plays a role in their daily diet.

We are proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our AMS Math Team at the District Math Competition. The team earned an impressive 2nd place overall, securing the opportunity to represent our district at the statewide competition. In the Individual Round, Sonia Chen placed 2nd, and Bentley Smith finished strong with an 8th-place ranking. Congratulations to our students for their hard work, dedication, and excellence in mathematics. Special thank you to Mrs. Andicoy for her time and dedication to our Stallion Math team.
We are so proud of our AMS Chorus, under the direction of Ms. Dean, for their powerful performance of “Free At Last” at the Black History Month Celebration at SMS. Their voices honored history, celebrated culture, and reminded us of the strength found in unity. Congratulations to our talented students and thank you to Ms. Dean. Also a special thank you to Dr. Caswell at MMS for supporting AMS students and our community. 💜
