Congratulations to Samaya Hennessey for being named 1st Team All Area! The Falcons weren’t as dominant as they’ve been in years past, but Hennessy was a vital piece in helping the team continue their winning standard. In her second varsity season and first as an outside hitter, the junior filled the stat sheet across the board. She paced her squad with 288 kills while also chipping in 179 digs, 281 serve receptions, 45 aces and 26 blocks. Among top performances was an eye-popping 25-kill, five-block stat line in a tough five-set win at Martin County.
Shout out to Lilli Redifer for 2nd team honors and Catherine Hamilton and Amanda Hill for honorable mention honors.

🎉🍎 Shoutout to our amazing Jensen Beach High School cafeteria staff for bringing festive cheer to lunchtime! They're serving up delicious, HEALTHY holiday-inspired treats that make eating well so much fun. ❄️💚 Thank you for nourishing our students with love and creativity. ❤️

🎉🤓 Who knew AP Psychology could be this much fun? Students in Mrs. Lavelle's class got hands-on with perception goggles, experiencing a distorted visual field by seeing everything upside down. 🙃 To top it off, they channeled their creativity into making ugly sweaters to represent a psychological concept learned during the first semester. Who says learning about the brain can’t be festive? 🧠👕

This morning, the amazing JBHS administrators traded their desks for spatulas to serve up delicious pancakes for hardworking Falcon teachers and staff! 🥞 A big thank you to our admin team for starting the day with smiles, syrup and school spirit!🩵🖤❤️💚
