The Martin County School District is excited to offer Headspace, a new mental healthcare benefit, to eligible employees enrolled in any of the District's medical insurance plans starting on February 12, 2024. With Headspace, you’ll have access to resources to help you manage stress, bounce back from challenges, and navigate tough emotions. Headspace has everything you need to care for your mind. Text chat with a mental health coach whenever you need them. Book video appointments with clinicians for extra support. And between sessions, explore hundreds of meditations and mindfulness exercises to help you stress less, focus more, and get a better night’s rest.
